Your new role

This commercial lawyer role will see you handle a mix of commercial contracts, IT and IP matters as well as advising on data protection matters. The client list is well established and you can look forward to working with a mix of OMBs and larger corporates. This role will see you play an integral role in business development initiatives as well as helping to mentor more junior members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. With strong communication skills, you will be able to provide pragmatic solutions to clients.
