Your new role

This commercial solicitor role will see you handle a broad mix of commercial work. This will include distribution agreements, outsourcing, franchising and agency agreements as well as supply chain contracts. You will also be involved in advising on IT contracts and IP matters. The client list is particularly impressive and includes clients working across a variety of sectors. You will enjoy working with colleagues throughout the team and also closely with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial lawyer at NQ level or with up to 5 years' pqe. With a good spread of commercial experience, you should be a capable communicator.
