Your new role

This firm is looking to appoint a commercial lawyer with 1-5 years' pqe. The role will see you handle a broad range of commercial contracts, IT contracts and IP matters as well as providing data protection advice. The client list is impressive and includes a number of larger corporates as well as SMEs. You can look forward to playing a role in business development initiatives and to working with colleagues on key projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a commercial lawyer operating at 1-5 years' pqe. With good technical skills, you should be a team player who can build long-term relationships with clients.
