Your new company
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established consultancy with an impressive portfolio of commercial office projects. Our client is seeking an experienced Interior Commercial Space Planner to join their team on a temporary contract, expected to run for an initial 3 months, with a strong possibility of extension.
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility, though candidates must be based within good proximity to London and the South East to attend occasional site visits as required.
Your new role
Develop innovative and practical space planning solutions for commercial office environments
Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD and associated design tools
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Support ongoing commercial office projects across the consultancy’s portfolio
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in commercial office design and space planning
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience using Microsoft design suites
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines
Further information
Contract start: Mid-July
Contract duration: 3 months (initial) with likely extension
Hourly rate (competitive, depending on experience)
