My client, a global firm based on the outskirts of Chester, is seeking a dynamic graduate to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role

You will be enroled into a two-year training programme consisting of four 6-month projects.
The projects are aimed at increasing the efficiency and performance of the commercial team and increasing the knowledge of the business throughout the training programme. The projects will include exposure to sales, market analysis, supply chain, production & efficiency improvement, customer service and full training in relation to company products.
Following a successful 2-year training role, there will be potential to move into a managerial role within the company, supporting succession and improving the overall business.
You will be required to run regular analysis on different areas of the commercial function to deepen understanding and support business efficiency growth.
Working with internal team and external customers to deepen your understanding of the marketplace we operate in.
Daily/Weekly report generation on order book, customer analysis, market analysis, financial analysis
Supporting the commercial team with reporting, administration, training and data analysis to learn the full department and help make decisions.
