Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading growing organisation to recruit an interim Commercial Finance Manager/Senior Business partner for a 6-month interim contract.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible/take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting processes and financial reporting for the company, including design and implementation. In addition, you will be responsible for cash and treasury, cashflows and all liquidity analysis and reporting as well as deputising on all financial accounting, planning and analysis, business partnering and taxation. Other areas of focus will include; monthly actuals and forecasting gross margin, supporting the annual audit, reviewing statutory accounts, tracking/reporting on KPI's, P&L, balance sheet, banking, project accounting and developing new financial models.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have recent and proven commercial analysis, finance, modelling, FP&A and Excel skills as well as excellent board level reporting and business partnering capabilities. Experience of PE-backed/joint venture businesses would be highly beneficial, as would SAP. You will have excellent interpersonal and IT skills and be available at short notice to start work. The role is hybrid working, so you will be within commutable distance of the Nottinghamshire area.
