What You’ll Be Doing
As a Commercial Client Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients while mentoring junior team members and driving operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial clients
- Planning, reviewing, and overseeing assignments
- Leading client meetings and managing relationships
- Coordinating teams and ensuring timely delivery
- Budgeting, billing, and compliance oversight
- Coaching and developing junior staff
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and introducers
You’ll work closely with client directors, managers, trainees, and external professionals to deliver a seamless, high-quality service.
What You’ll Bring
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing confidence
- Excellent communication and delegation skills
- A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach
- A passion for mentoring and developing others
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
