Your new role

As a CNC Programmer, you’ll play a critical role in developing and optimising machining strategies for complex components. You’ll be responsible for:

Programming CNC machines using Siemens NX and Vericut
Creating and modifying toolpaths for multi-axis machining centres
Supporting NPI and prototype development
Collaborating with design, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability
Driving continuous improvement in cycle times, tool life and other production areas

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in CNC programming within a precision engineering environment
Strong proficiency in Siemens NX (or similar CAM software)
Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T
A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and quality
