The quality of the work is first rate and you can look forward to handling your own caseload and being supported by paralegals.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a clinical negligence lawyer with 3+ years' pqe who is well versed in handling their own caseload. With good technical and client care skills, you will be a well rounded team player.
