Your new role

This defendant clinical negligence solicitor role will see you handle a varied and interesting range of defendant clinical negligence matters. This will involve a broad based caseload including instructing experts and Counsel, interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements, attending Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings as well as negotiating settlements.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a medical negligence lawyer with 1-3 years' pqe. Ideally, you will have gained defendant clinical negligence experience, but applications are invited from high quality claimant clinical negligence lawyers.
