Client Support Liaison, Hybrid-Working, Film Production, London, £50,000 + Bonus, Immediate Start!
Our client, a Financial Services business whom have created an innovative product aimed solely for the Film & Entertainment industry, are looking to recruit a customer-centric, passionate Client Support Liaison to join their small London-based team. Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client have been established in the USA for close to 15 years, and launched (to great success!) in the UK 2 years ago. Their product is a market-leading payment solution for Film/TV productions, and they work closely alongside both major and independent studios to manage transactions. Due to their growth, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to join the business immediately, offering an exceptional service to their client base. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients over the phone/email/chat (c/40+ daily queries)
- Offering an exceptional service to each customer, ensuring a positive client experience in every instance
- Handling queries covering payment issues/fraud exposure/technical support and complaints
- Liaising with 3rd part suppliers in cases where further investigation is required
- Demonstrating company solutions to clients over video
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in handling external client queries over the phone/email
- Articulate, professional telephone manner
- Genuine passion to provide an incredible customer experience
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up systems very quickly
- Fun, sociable personality - with a great sense of humour!
In addition to a very competitive £50,000 salary, our client are also offering the following:
