Our client, an incredibly successful, fast-growing Business Consultancy, are looking to recruit the perfect candidate to join their brand new sub-division within their Client Services department, focusing solely on Accounting-related queries and ensuring their clients get the best out of their Xero software. Based in an incredible Central London office (over 100 FTE) and working on a hybrid basis with great Monday - Friday hours, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client offer a Consultancy service to businesses looking to start/grow, offering amazing solutions/advice on a wide range of technical issues. They have grown extensively since their establishment over 10 years ago, and are based in a recently-refurbished, modern Central London location (complete with a Games room, chill-out area and plenty of dogs roaming the office!). As they place a lot of emphasis on offering an incredible service to their client base, they have recently created a brand new department to focus solely on Accounting/related queries for their customers. As a result, they are looking for the perfect candidate to come and join this team, acting as the first point of contact for such issues. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound calls, emails and live chat queries from B2B clients (c/30-40 daily issues)
- Advising clients on day-to-day accounting queries (expenses/purchases/basic treatment questions)
- Helping clients through Xero usage (troubleshooting issues/explaining features, etc)
- Accurately triaging/escalating more complex Accounting issues to in-house Qualified Accountants
- Recording all customer information on company CRM
- Offering an exceptional service to all clients
- Exceeding Customer Service targets/KPI's

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Background within Accounting (Bookkeeping, etc)
- Experience of using Xero
- Experience in handling inbound calls/emails from an external customer base
- Articulate, professional telephone manner
- Incredible communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Fun, sociable personality
- Genuine desire to progress in a rapidly-growing company!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000, our client are also offering the following:

- Hybrid-working model (3 days in the office / 2 days working from home)
- Amazing working hours: Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
- Incredible office (pen-plan/sociable/games room/office dogs!)
