Client Support Executive, Remote-working, £32,500 + Bonus, Entertainment Industry, Immediate Start!

Our client, a global leader in Entertainment payroll and workforce management, are looking to recruit an articulate, driven Client Support Executive to join their hugely successful team (as a result of an internal promotion!). Working completely remotely, with the ability to progress over time, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.

Our client offer a tech solution that supports both major Hollywood film and independent TV production companies in identifying, booking and payrolling their supporting cast (extras), and have played a major part in realising major productions (including the likes of Mission Impossible, Star Wars, The Avengers and The Crown). Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking the perfect candidate to assist their clients with any queries over the phone/email, in addition to completing a wider range of administrative tasks to support internal team(s). In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for B2B clients over the phone / email (handling 25-30 daily queries)
- Offering an exceptional service to all customers, exceeding CS KPI's
- Assisting Marketing/Administration teams to keep artists updated on industry and platform changes (primarily through social channels)
- Helping to train new clients on the company's tech platform
- General administrative duties

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in handling customer queries (over the phone/email)
- Experience in handling difficult queries/situations
- Articulate telephone manner
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
- Interest in Film & TV
- Fun, sociable personality!

In addition to a very competitive £32,500 basic salary, our client are also offering the following:

- Discretionary annual bonus (based on individual/company performance) / regular salary review(s)
- 100% remote contract (potential requirement to attend London office for ad-hoc training (very infrequently - 3/4 times a year maximum))
- Fantastic working hours - Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
- 25 days annual leave (+ Bank Holidays) - rising to 30 with service
