Our client is a growing and ambitious professional services organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional service and long-term value to its clients. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client partnerships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities to further support clients' needs.
This is a fully office-based role.

Your new role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a consistently high level of service. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, proactively manage enquiries, and deliver solutions that strengthen long-term partnerships.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a busy, client-focused environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a number of clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, requests, and service-related matters.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and within agreed service standards.
  • Manage a high volume of client communication via telephone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Resolve client queries and concerns promptly, escalating where necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver effective solutions and excellent customer outcomes.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Maintain accurate client records and management information.
  • Support business development initiatives through referrals, cross-selling, and relationship expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
