• Lead a small team and manage a portfolio of clients, including companies, sole traders, and individuals.
• Deliver comprehensive business management, accounting, and tax services.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, VAT returns, and management accounts.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and build strong relationships.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and support their development.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and firm procedures.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.

• Ideally, ACA/ACCA qualified with at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in practice.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex client affairs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Xero, Iris, and Alpha advantageous.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
