Key responsibilities

Responsible for the client operations / experience as a brand function.
Responsible for the global private office as a brand function
Manage the Private Office ULV sales and ordering activities.
Co-ordinate and collate the day-to-day market management (sales volume) received via dealers or the relationship holder in the Private Office. Ensuring client and dealer milestone adherence through close steering of the end-to-end ULV Sales process (directly or indirectly via the Private Office relationship holder).
Communicate and steer client orders (received via relationship holder or dealer) into the production system.
Manage inbound ULV bespoke requests through the steering committees, to meet design, feasibility, and pricing milestones – supporting the relationship holder with feedback on pricing, timing.
Manage through reporting and market steering the prospect funnel and order pipeline, communicating status to regions and the HQ leadership team.
Key operational interface between Global Private Office, ED-R Bespoke Design, Bespoke, and Manager ULV Programmes to ensure delivery of a pinnacle client experience for clients (relating to orders).
Supports the Private Office relationships management of multiple clients, regions, and dealers to optimally maintain engagement and commitment to ULV project(s).
Point of contact & COC relating to sales process.
Apply enriched sales & high touch principles, alongside associated processes for client engagement, design specification creation to order and order management, ensuring the function promotes the brand’s unique, high end, and exclusive product programme – particularly ULV.
Utilise ULV Client insights to identify customer interaction opportunities with potential clients for current & future ULV projects. Provide data sets to regions & Private Offices derived from local and global data science teams to build a backup and pipeline prospect pool.
Responsible to manage the budget volume and order intake of the ULV project and its activities with alignment and communication to local and global accountancy controlling functions accordingly.
The role holder will be highly accomplished at creating and maintaining relationships both with the client base, internal departments and dealers, as well as managing and resolving challenging situations and conflicts that may arise between these parties when differing demands between client, dealer and central sales and design expectations come into play.

Minimum five years’ experience in a luxury sales environment
Experience of selling high-end goods and services essential
Experience of managing a retailer network
Knowledge, experience and passion for fine goods to support usage in engaging client interactions.
High level of experience of complex products
Drive to understand the latest luxury trends and hotspots and experience in competitor analysis and benchmarking.
Collaborative and highly organised to enable managing numerous business requirements / stakeholders at one time.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to sustain relationships in different regions, time zones etc.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages, within the region and fluent in English
Excellent product presentation skills
