This is a key role within the Client Onboarding team, acting as a subject-matter expert for AML/CTF compliance and Client Due Diligence (CDD). You’ll oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle for new and related parties, run periodic reviews, and provide escalation support to junior analysts. This position offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence best practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including KYC profiling, document collection, verification and risk assessment
• Completing or reviewing periodic and trigger event CDD reviews
• Supporting operational teams with CDD related queries and changes in client structures
• Maintaining accurate data and documentation across internal systems
• Managing your own workload effectively while supporting junior colleagues with prioritisation
• Providing training, guidance and constructive feedback to less experienced team members
• Identifying and escalating gaps, risks or process issues
• Assisting with regulatory reporting and due diligence responses
• Participating in system enhancements, testing and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
• Experience in AML/CTF and Client Due Diligence within financial services (e.g., fiduciary, fund administration, trust/corporate services, banking or investment management)
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and client lifecycle management
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, accurate approach
• Proactive and solution-focused, with strong organisational skills
• Comfortable supporting, guiding and reviewing the work of junior analysts
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
• Strong IT literacy, including MS Office and the ability to navigate complex systems
