A private sector organisation is recruiting for a Client Onboarding Analyst based in Belfast.

Your new role

As the Client Onboarding Analyst, you’ll support the full onboarding process for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll review documentation, ensure regulatory requirements are met, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to keep onboarding activity moving. You’ll analyse information, make informed decisions based on established procedures, and escalate where needed. Daily, you’ll prioritise tasks, work to strict deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards to support the wider team’s objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Client onboarding: Managing requirements for new and existing clients
  • Regulatory compliance: Ensuring all activity aligns with relevant standards
  • Stakeholder management: Maintaining clear, concise communication
  • Task prioritisation: Meeting SLAs and working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Problem-solving: Applying technical knowledge to resolve issues using established precedents


What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a blend of accuracy, communication skills and adaptability. You’ll be comfortable working in an environment where processes evolve and deadlines matter.
You will demonstrate:
  • Experience in fast‑paced environments
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external clients
  • Interest in corporate finance or banking
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures with high accuracy
  • Relationship management capability
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Resilience under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines
