Client Onboarding Analyst, £14-£16 per hour, Belfast, Hybrid working

Your new company

You will be joining a financial services organisation that places strong emphasis on accuracy, regulatory compliance and exceptional client service. The team is responsible for ensuring clients are onboarded efficiently and effectively, with a clear focus on maintaining high standards, adhering to internal policies, and supporting wider business objectives.

Your new role

As a Client Onboard Analyst, you will play a vital part in managing the full onboarding process for new clients. You will process sales and client requests, ensure system set‑ups are completed accurately, update signatory information, and obtain required documentation.
Working closely with internal partners, you will support system maintenance related to account opening and ongoing account management. You will handle client queries in a timely and efficient manner, escalate urgent issues where necessary, and ensure all instructions are processed with precision and adherence to deadlines.
A key part of your role will be ensuring high client satisfaction through strong product, process and client knowledge, while also executing any additional tasks delegated by your supervisor. You will build an understanding of the wider business context as you deliver routine daily tasks and support the team’s operational goals.

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing client instructions
  • The ability to exchange information clearly, concisely and logically
  • Confidence in handling queries and ensuring timely resolution
  • The ability to work effectively with internal partners
  • A good understanding of procedures, internal policies, and external regulations (and the ability to stay up to date with any changes)
  • A proactive approach to escalating urgent or risk‑related matters
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage routine tasks efficiently
  • Commitment to safeguarding the organisation’s reputation through sound judgment and adherence to compliance standards
