Accountant job in Norwich

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Manager to join a fast-growing, top-tier accountancy firm in Norwich. If you're an experienced finance professional looking to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while driving business development and client satisfaction, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction
  • Identifying business development opportunities and expanding service offerings
  • Overseeing financial performance, including WIP and debtor management
  • Leading and mentoring your own team within the office
  • Networking to win new business and enhance growth
What our client is looking for
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent experience), with solid practice background
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax
  • A proactive, solutions-driven approach and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop client relationships and grow accounts
  • Highly organised and proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Iris software is a plus.
