Your new role

As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of SME clients, providing hands-on support across accounts preparation, tax compliance, and business advisory. You’ll be the main point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to add value. You’ll also supervise junior staff, review work, and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience in practice
  • Strong technical knowledge across accounting and tax
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
  • A proactive, client-focused approach
