Client Experience Executive
Assignment Type: Temporary, ongoing basis where you will be engaged via Hays.
Location: Chichester
Working Environment: office based on a site - hybrid.
Pay type: Competitive hourly pay rate.

Key Responsibilities
Support in the creation and delivery of world-class client and prospect events and experiences
Support with the development of a series of relevant experiences which can be tailored to clients and prospects.
Responsible for supporting with the maintenance and presentation of all client hosting rooms.
Support with defining and delivering a truly personal experience to our clients via the Private Office.
Support with other Private Office Activities that come ad-hoc.
To work with internal departments as well as various key support suppliers, ensuring all client hosting rooms are fully functioning at all times and any repairs are addressed and rectified quickly.
Support with implementing new initiatives to drive enriched sales, digital activity, and direct client interaction on site.
Support with client and prospect events for the Private Office
Support with monitoring expenditure of projects, client facilities maintenance and Private Office suppliers & agencies.
Develop positive working relationships with key partners (agencies, suppliers, affinity partners)
Support with performance reporting of key site-based client management activities.
Support with the management of client booking information via the Experience inbox and calendar.
Ensure adherence to all compliance & GDPR processes.
Support in the handling of client data and updating campaigns in Salesforce.
Supports in the development of event ideas and concepts in order to enhance the brand image, create visibility and position the client within the experiential area; consistently striving to deliver a high-touch guest experience.
Consistently drives the quality of Client Experience delivered via the Private Office.
Acts as key client / dealer interface supporting enriched sales experiences via the Private Office
Support communication on Private Office-based client activities, sharing with all stakeholders, up to CEO, client & prospect experiences taking place.
Key liaison point across the business for Private Office /
Client Experience bringing together supporting specialists and service providers.
Client Experience bringing together supporting specialists and service providers.
Support client interaction to build relationships and drive engagement.
Communicates to regions, dealers and clients.
Support and assist regional Private Office teams; providing a daily point of operational contact
What should you bring along?
Education
Degree (ideally in Marketing or Hospitality – Experience in a similar luxury client management role)
Work experience, Leadership experience
Luxury Hospitality experience
Agency management experience
Event management experience
Experience of handling and interacting with UHNW clients and individuals
Additional skills:
Additional language is desirable; German is a plus.
Understanding of global and luxury brands
Understanding of regional variances (cultural differences, working ethics etc.)
Understanding of the automotive industry, including dealer bodies
Understanding of creative processes including design, print and event execution
Excellent communication skills
Excellent budget planning and management skills, overseeing a number of different budget areas
Ability to multitask
Strategic planning skill set
Capable of working under pressure
Understanding of various areas of the business (including Sales Operations/CRM Management)
Sensitivity and diplomacy
