Clearing Project manager – 3 days a week in a London-based office – until June 2026

A leading global financial institution is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a multi-year transformation programme focused on Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing. This role sits within the front office COO transformation team and involves high-impact regulatory work across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a product workstream to define and implement business requirements within regulatory deadlines.
Manage project plans, RAID logs, and execution tracking across deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Legal.
Define and drive client migration strategies for US Treasury Bonds (Cash and Repo).
Engage with Clearing Houses to shape clearing models.
Work with large data sets to identify trends and support decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management within Tier 1 banks or top consulting firms.
Proven track record in regulatory projects and transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of markets products, trading environments, and compliance frameworks.
Experience working with Front Office stakeholders (Trading, Sales, Risk, Legal).
Familiarity with clearing processes, CCP models, and booking model changes.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
