We are looking for a Cleaning supervisor who have Supervisory experience within the Facilities Management.
We're Hiring: Cleaning Supervisor – Central London
Location: Central London Workplace: NHS Hospital
Salary: £27,000 per annum Start Date: 27th October 2025 Contract Type: 3-Month Contract (with potential for extension) Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaning staff in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in a private hospital setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your leadership will directly impact patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate work and check that all duties have been carried out correctly and to the required standard.
- Ensure all staff are trained in the correct and safe use of equipment as necessary to provide the service
- Liaise with tenants, contractors and service users to understand day to day service pressures and coordinate any required response.
- Ensure any faulty equipment is removed and clearly labelled. Notify relevant department for repair/replacement.
- Ensure the supply and replenishments of consumables is undertaken whilst maintaining appropriate stock and product control and management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Supervisory experience within the Facilities Management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of inputting and accessing information using IT software packages
- Ability to work flexible hours and flexible and Adaptable
- Effective communications both face to face and via the telephone
