A High School requires a Cleaning Supervisor in the West Belfast Area.

Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across the school facility. You will manage daily cleaning operations, support staff, and maintain excellent service delivery.

Supervise and support cleaning staff
Assist with recruitment, training, and development
Ensure cleaning schedules are completed to standard
Monitor quality and enforce health and safety compliance
Manage stock, supplies, and uniforms
Resolve day-to-day issues and maintain a positive work environment
Key holding duties – secure site at end of shift

What you'll need to succeed

Previous cleaning and supervisory experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Reliable, proactive, and professional approach
Knowledge of health & safety practices
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
Enhanced Access NI required.
