Your new role

Managers

• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
• Create and manage work schedules and rotas.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with COSHH and health & safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies within budget.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and attend management meetings.

Supervisors

• Supervise and motivate cleaning staff.
• Allocate tasks and monitor attendance.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory records and request replenishments.
• Enforce health and safety compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

Managers

• Previous experience in a cleaning management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Supervisors

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards.
