Your new company
You’ll be joining a well-established clearing contractor, who are based at a busy site in Crick, Northamptonshire (NN6 7EB). The site is easily accessible via regular public transport and offers a supportive working environment with the potential for long-term opportunities.
Your new role
We are currently recruiting for two cleaning operative positions:
- Position 1:
- Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday
- Hours: 6:00am – 2:30pm (8 hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid break)
- Duration: Minimum 6 weeks cover, with strong potential for temp-to-perm for the right candidate
- Position 2:
- Schedule: Flexible across 7 days
- Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
- Start Time: Between 6:00am and 7:00am
- Shift Length: Average of 5 hours per day
We are also open to considering candidates with regular availability on specific days, even if they don’t match the above schedules exactly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous cleaning experience. Industrial cleaning is a bonus!
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow site protocols
- PPE required: Safety shoes and hi-vis
