Your new company

Bristol Magistrates courts are responsible for motoring offences, minor criminal damage and common assault cases.

Your new role

The Courthouse is looking for an experienced cleaner to join the works department. You will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the courthouse, including staff offices, canteen area, meeting rooms and courtrooms. Cleaning duties include vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, clearing rubbish etc…

Working hours will be Monday to Friday, 6.30–9.30am. There may be the opportunity to pick up overtime, but this is not guaranteed.

£14.62 per hour inclusive of holiday

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' cleaning experience and will have knowledge of chemical colour coding as well as operating a buffering machine. A Basic DBS is required for the role and 2 satisfactory work references. All suitable candidates will be interviewed.
It's essential that you hold a valid passport or Birth Certificate and Driving Licence with your current address.
