Industrial cleaning operative
Your new company
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking cleaning operator to join our team at a busy industrial factory. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site, ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment for all staff.
Your new role
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
- Clean and sanitise factory floors, machinery surfaces (non-operational), staff areas, and restrooms.
- Follow health and safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as industrial vacuums and floor scrubbers.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
