What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need prior experience in a Delegated Authority Claims environment within the London Market, along with a working knowledge of systems such as ECF, Claims Centre, or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, is essential. You should demonstrate high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while working independently or collaboratively. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is also key.
