• Claims Processing: Managing a high volume of 3rd party highway claims (Pothole damage).
• Investigation: Reviewing evidence, site reports, and contractor data to determine liability.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicating with claimants, legal teams, and internal highways departments.
• Data Integrity: Ensuring all claims are logged accurately and progressed within strict legal and internal timelines.

• In-Office: 2–3 days per week (Must be in the office every Tuesday and Wednesday).
• Remote: Remaining days can be worked from home.

• Essential: Previous experience in Claims Handling.
• Preferred: Direct experience within the highways or construction sectors.
• Technical Savvy: Ability to navigate complex internal databases and 3rd party portals.
• Communication: A professional and empathetic telephone manner, combined with clear, concise written skills.
• Urgency: Available for an ASAP start.
