Your new role

You will join the Portfolio team as a Change Manager / Business Project Manager in a senior interim capacity. Reporting to a senior leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new exchange-traded products, including futures and options contracts, onto the organisation’s electronic trading infrastructure.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years’ experience in change management within a trading, clearing, or exchange environment
• Strong understanding of exchange-traded derivatives, futures and options, and the full trade lifecycle
• Background in business analysis, project management, or consulting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with commodities markets is a must.
• Professional certifications such as Prince2, MSP, APM, or PMP
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach
