A leading organisation delivering a flagship UK infrastructure programme is seeking a Baseline & Change Manager to join its Project Controls function.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring robust change governance and baseline integrity across a complex, high-value programme.
Your new role
- Lead and oversee the change control process across the programme
- Act as the focal point for baseline management (cost, schedule, scope)
- Ensure all changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented
- Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and project teams
- Drive consistency in governance, reporting, and performance management
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience in Project Controls / Change / PMO environments
- Proven ability to manage change control on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar
- BPSS Clearance
