Change Manager / Business Analyst – Insurance, PowerBI, Data

Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35)
London / Hybrid (Flexibility to travel)

My client is a high-profile insurer who urgently require a Change Manager / Business Analyst to join a business-critical function on a global transformation programme.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in Change Management and Business Analysis.
  • Previous experience working within the Insurance industry on major transformation programmes.
  • The ability to understand the impact of new processes, procedures and providing and updating relevant documentation.
  • The ability to analyse data from a business perspective and relay to various audiences.
  • Strong requirements gathering and process mapping / improvement skills.
  • The ability to identify risks, issues and dependencies with supporting documentation.
  • Capability to assist with Target Operating Model (TOM) description set ups.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working knowledge of PowerBI and Excel.
  • Flexibility towards travel to UK and European sites.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working on a global programme.
  • French / German speaking.
  • Digital transformation experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
