Change Analyst - £600 Per Day Inside IR35 - 6 month contract - Hybrid (London)

Your new role

We're looking for an experienced Change Analyst to support a Workforce Transformation programme centred around Operational Workforce Planning. You'll create training and communication materials, develop stakeholder presentations, run workshops and working groups, and drive adoption across the business. Experience with workforce planning, organisational design and tools such as Workday Adaptive, VNDLY, Fieldglass or Beeline is highly desirable.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in Change Management, Workforce Planning or Organisation Transformation initiatives

  • Experience producing high-quality documentation, presentations and stakeholder decks

  • Confident running workshops, working groups and training sessions

  • Experience developing and delivering training content

  • Exposure to workforce transformation, workforce planning or organisational design programmes

  • Knowledge of contingent workforce systems such as Workday Adaptive, VNDLY, Fieldglass or Beeline

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to drive adoption and change

  • Comfortable working in large, complex transformation environments
