Change Adoption Manager – 6-month contract – Inside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced Adoption & Change Manager to drive business engagement and support technology adoption within a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across teams.
Hybrid: 3 days a week in office
Rate: £650pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Duration: initial 6 months
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating business concerns into actionable solutions.
- Foster a culture where innovation and experimentation are encouraged
- Put stakeholders at ease and build strong relationships across all levels
- Work with diverse stakeholders across projects and technology streams
Technology Environment
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 in development space
- AWS and Microsoft platforms – highly development-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in adoption and change management within technology-driven programmes
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and simplify complex technical concepts
- Comfortable working in dynamic, development-heavy environments
