Category Manager, Hybrid in South Coast, £50-55k

Your new company

Manufacturing Company looking for an experienced Category Manager who can hit the ground running. This is a fixed term contract, with potential for extension/ conversion.


Your new role

  • High autonomy to work independently (remote reporting line)

  • Taking charge of a variety of categories, moving between fractional roles

  • Focusing on supplier relationship management and supplier sourcing

  • Negotiating contracts and cost savings


What you'll need to succeed

  • Hands-on category management experience within Manufacturing sectors

  • Strong negotiation skills with proven record of cost savings

  • Flexible and adaptable to work with different categories

  • Strong rapport building skills – supplier relationship development
