Your new company
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive caretaker to join a social housing contractor supporting social housing properties. You’ll play a key role in keeping communal areas safe, clean, and well-maintained, while providing excellent service to residents and liaising with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
Your new role
- Maintain communal areas and external grounds to a high standard.
- Carry out minor repairs and report major issues promptly.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, including fire exits and lighting checks.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling areas.
- Act as a point of contact for residents and assist with access issues.
- Coordinate with contractors for scheduled work and inspections.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in caretaking, facilities, or property maintenance.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
