We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our primary school team from 5th January 2026. This is a full-time position, working five days per week, providing essential support to ensure the smooth running and safety of our school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- General school maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and well-presented
- Supporting with site management duties as required
- Assisting with health and safety compliance
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caretaker or maintenance role (school experience not essential)
- Strong practical skills and ability to work independently
- A valid DBS check (if you do not currently hold one, we can apply on your behalf)
- Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach
