Seeking a Care Supervisor in Dereham

My client is looking for a proactive and organised Care Supervisor to join their team in Dereham. This is a predominantly administrative role, supporting the Care Manager in maintaining compliance, quality assurance, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Care Manager with compliance and regulatory duties
  • Write and maintain person-centred care plan assessments
  • Complete feedback and follow-up forms
  • Supervise and support care workers
  • Assist with audits and documentation to meet CQC standards
  • Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience completing care assessments
  • Knowledge of manual handling procedures
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
