Your new company
As a competent and skilled project manager, you will join a leading institution dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences whilst fostering a vibrant campus community. You will join a team that plays a critical role in ensuring that students have a safe, comfortable, and modern living space.

Your new role
A highly motivated and experienced Project Manager is required to join a higher education estate accommodation team. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction and maintenance projects related to student accomodation. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation skills, and a commitment to delivering high quality results on time and within budget.

Other key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and manage multiple construction and maintenance projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with university goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project specifications are met.
  • Ensue compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and policies.
  • Prepare regular project status reports.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you should have a relevant qualification ideally at degree level, which could be in construction management, engineering, or a related field. At minimum you'll need to demonstrate 5 years' experience in project management, ideally within the estates, construction, or facilities sectors, and have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
