Campaign Performance Manager - Global Retail Company - London (hybrid) - £450 a day

Your new company
You will be joining a global organisation recognised for its strong commitment to data‑driven marketing and continuous performance improvement. The business places marketing effectiveness at the heart of its strategy and is investing heavily in measurement frameworks, insight generation, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will be part of a forward‑thinking team that partners closely with global, regional and local stakeholders to elevate how marketing success is defined and delivered.

Your new role
As a Campaign Performance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analysing a wide range of marketing performance data sets – across paid media, organic social, influencer activity, PR, events, and marketing mix modelling - to create clear, actionable storylines for key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Consolidate data and insights to provide compelling narratives on campaign performance.
  • Translate complex or ambiguous information into simple, digestible insights for a broad audience.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including product, marketing development, commercial marketing and creative strategy.
  • Drive a culture of measurement excellence by shaping SMART objectives, performance benchmarks, and consistent frameworks.
  • Project manage global campaign reviews from objective-setting to final results presentation.
  • Support the management of Post Campaign Analyses with media agency partners, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and structured delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A strong analytical, data-led mindset with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven experience turning complex data into clear, confident communication and insights.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience within FMCG, brand-side marketing, or a media agency (brand knowledge is particularly valued).
  • Familiarity working across Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid channels, with exposure to Marketing Mix Modelling being advantageous.
  • Experience working within a commercial business environment is beneficial.

What you'll get in return
  • The chance to work within a high-profile team shaping marketing effectiveness across a global organisation.
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making.
  • A collaborative culture where insight-led thinking is championed.
  • Professional growth through hands-on ownership of high-value global projects and campaign measurement frameworks
