Your new company

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid: 2–3 days in the office per week) Salary: £40,000 per annum
I am recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services organisation for an experienced Buyer to join their team in Birmingham. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hybrid working and excellent benefits.

Your new role

  • Lead procurement projects and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Manage supplier contracts and relationships.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in purchasing indirect goods and services.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of procurement processes.
  • MCIPS qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
