Your Role
As the Business System Lead, the successful candidate will be at the helm of IT operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of computer systems. They will oversee the implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, setting and managing requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. Leading a dynamic IT team, they will deliver top-notch services to all users, design and enforce robust systems, policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. Their strategic vision will drive the development and execution of the IT Business Continuity Plan, safeguarding operations against any disruptions.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Studies and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. They should possess excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Familiarity with ERP software such as Cloud Suite Industrial – Syteline, SAP, or Oracle is required. Hands-on experience in C#. Net development, Microsoft SQL Server, M365 administration, and computer networks are required. Strong communication, project management, and supervisory skills are crucial, along with the ability to convey IT concepts to non-technical personnel. Security certifications like CISSP, CISA, or ISO 27001 auditor are also a plus.
