  • Work with third‑party suppliers, own support contracts, and drive upgrades/incident resolution.
  • Improve IT workflows, maintain Requests/Incidents/Problems/Knowledge records, and contribute to audits and governance.
  • Champion compliance with GD&T, aerospace standards, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 20000 best practice.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Degree in Computer Science/IT (or related).
  • 2+ years’ experience in IT systems engineering or application support.
  • Hands‑on with CATIA V5/V6, PLM (ENOVIA), and ERP/MRP integrations.
  • Strong infrastructure skills: Windows Server 2022, VMware, Cisco networking, SAN storage.
  • Knowledge of GD&T, aerospace manufacturing standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to deliver projects from idea to implementation against agreed KPIs.
  • Full driving licence and flexibility required
Desirable: CATIA application support background; ERP/MRP application support; experience in a manufacturing IT environment.

What You Will Get in Return
  • Competitive salary + annual bonus (linked to company performance).
  • 33 days’ annual leave (increasing after 5 years).
  • 37.5 hours/week with flexi‑time.
  • £5,000 employee referral bonus.
