Salary: £26,824–£28,142 per annum (pro rata £9,593–£10,064.83)
Contract Type: Term Time + 2 Weeks

Hours: 15 hours per week (Mon & Tue, 7:30am–3:30pm)

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well‑established primary school in Bradford to recruit a Business Support Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a school environment and is looking for a stable, part‑time role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the school, ensuring pupils, staff, and visitors receive a high‑quality, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front‑of‑house duties including reception, visitor management, and safeguarding checks
  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance processes
  • Handling communication with parents, carers, and external agencies
  • Supporting wider business operations across the school
