Your new role

  • Manage defined business, administrative and strategic projects within the team and support wider teams when needed.
  • Provide management and business support to the Divisional Director, achieving strategic objectives.
  • Meeting agendas and circulating papers, contacting attendees.
  • Risk logs
  • Project Support
  • Monitoring delivery of objectives for key projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of communicating at all levels of professional staff and the public.
  • Experience of project monitoring and management.
  • Experience of producing management reports.
  • Experience of implementing administrative policies and procedures.
  • Experience of working in a supervisory/managerial role.
