Your Role:

You’ll be the linchpin between talented candidates and thriving businesses. This is a high-impact, relationship-focused role where you’ll guide clients and candidates through every step of the recruitment journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client’s business goals, culture, and hiring challenges
  • Provide tailored recruitment solutions that align with client needs and market trends
  • Conduct regular client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
Candidate Engagement & Talent Matching
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a mix of platforms, networking, and referrals
  • Assess candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations to ensure the perfect match
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process—from initial contact to job offer and onboarding
  • Offer career advice and market insights to help candidates make informed decisions
Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
  • Pitch recruitment services to potential clients, demonstrating value and industry expertise
  • Negotiate terms of business and secure exclusive recruitment partnerships
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and convert prospects into loyal clients
Strategic Marketing & Vacancy Management
  • Write compelling job adverts and market roles across multiple channels to attract top talent
  • Use data and market intelligence to advise clients on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and candidate availability
  • Manage vacancies from brief to placement, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, celebrate wins, and continuously improve processes
