Your new role

The Business Excellence Manager will effectively manage the business excellence team, including the business intelligence specialist and IT officer, and work closely with the digital specialist. The BEX manager will report to the Head of Commercial and Business Excellence. To improve performance, the BEX manager will work with all departments, focusing on the right balance of effectiveness and efficiency. The BEX manager will provide leadership, drive strategy and improve HCP engagement, empowering the use of data-driven decision-making, optimising business processes and developing a culture of high performance.

What you'll need to succeed

Business-related Bachelor's degree - essential

Highly skilled in data analysis and SQL - essential
5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence in the pharmaceutical industry - essential
In-depth knowledge and experience of Salesforce CRM and Power BI - essential
Hands-on experience of Google Cloud Platform and AI for data-driven insights
