Your new role

  • Executed market-aligned sales strategies and identified new business opportunities.
  • Engaged clients via meetings to understand needs and deliver tailored service solutions.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction, tracked through NPS.
  • Acted on inbound leads within 24 hours; pursued until conversion or closure.
  • Conducted proactive outreach via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Managed pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.
  • Ensured profitability through contract reviews and internal approvals.
  • Negotiated terms to mitigate business risk.
  • Worked cross-functionally with operations and technical teams.
  • Participated in team planning, training, and stakeholder meetings.
