Your new role
- Executed market-aligned sales strategies and identified new business opportunities.
- Engaged clients via meetings to understand needs and deliver tailored service solutions.
- Maintain high client satisfaction, tracked through NPS.
- Acted on inbound leads within 24 hours; pursued until conversion or closure.
- Conducted proactive outreach via calls, emails, and meetings.
- Managed pipeline and forecasting through CRM tools.
- Ensured profitability through contract reviews and internal approvals.
- Negotiated terms to mitigate business risk.
- Worked cross-functionally with operations and technical teams.
- Participated in team planning, training, and stakeholder meetings.
